Andy is married to Grace with three delightfully energetic, young(ish) girls. He came to know Christ at a young age and marvels at God’s merciful saving kindness in his life.
He loves sharing Jesus though his word the Bible, with anyone who will listen.
Alongside leading CityGates Church, he enjoys watching niche indie bands that will never be famous, eating hipsters burgers and cheering on anything Welsh - which is currently mostly football and Gareth Bale related.

Originally from Lancashire, Liam is married to Lauren and they have two daughters. Previously he worked as a secondary school teacher, before moving down to Norwich in 2022.

Liam is excited about seeing people come to know Jesus, and enjoys particularly working with students in our church family.

In his spare time, Liam loves family days out, exploring new areas, and visiting as many new football grounds as he can.

Iain is married to Faith, and they have two children: Joseph & Talitha.
He was in his early twenties when he came to know Jesus as his Lord and Saviour and understand how that changes everything. He’s loving serving the church family here at CityGates and helping others keep going and growing in their faith.
Likes: meeting new people, meals out with friends, growing veg, buying vinyl records, reading, and scrabble.
Dislikes: being on his own for too long, badly cooked steak, cycling up Kett’s Hill – if you know you know!

Suzie grew up in Norwich and moved to study at university in Manchester, where she worked as a primary school teacher.
Soon after returning to Norwich in the summer of 2021, she joined the CityGates staff team.
Suzie is very excited to combine her love of sharing the good news of Jesus and her passion for working with young people, and their families, in her job.
Suzie loves singing, spending time with family and friends, exploring the countryside and baking (especially brownies and cupcakes!).

Elizabeth is married to John, they have two children and have been in Norwich for over 18 years.  Elizabeth originally made a commitment to Christ at around 13 years but drifted away in later teenage and University life.  God in his graciousness brought her back to true repentance in her mid-twenties and she’s delighted to now be serving CityGates in women’s ministry.  Previously Elizabeth ran her own company in tourism (skiing and alpine summer holidays) for 25 years and in her spare time likes skiing, obviously, dancing – ballet and modern, hiking and has just started cold water swimming!

Arron is married to Lydia and they have one child.
They moved to Norwich in September 2022 for Arron to join CityGates to take up a position as a Ministry Trainee and to join two of the local veterinary practices.
Arron became a Christian in his early twenties when at the Royal Veterinary College. He is currently undertaking the Crossland’s Seminary course and hopes it will help him to grow in his faith and help share the amazing news we have in Jesus with others.
Arron enjoys exploring outdoors with his family and going to historical and animal attractions.

Alex is very excited to be serving CityGates in the city of his heart, Norwich. He is looking forward to serving as the Ministry Intern this year after finishing his degree in Football Coaching. He is passionate about teaching the Bible so that people behold Jesus and is looking forward to growing as a disciple this year. Alex is blessed/cursed with too many interests; he is far too excited about old-school Dungeons & Dragons, games of all kinds, cinema, and very old books. He has an intense love-hate affair with the beautiful game, but perhaps that’s just the daily experience of being a Norwich City fan.
